To Make Jamuns
- Take Khoya in a plate and rub it with your palms until they become soft and does not stick to the palms.
- Now add Cottage Cheese in it and again rub it with your palms as we did with Khoya.
- Now Add All-purpose Flour and Amurya Milk Powder.
- Again Rub it with your palms to mix it nicely and make a soft dough.
- Add baking powder in it and then add sugar and cardamom powder and mix it nicely.
- Mix all nicely by rubbing it by your palms and make a soft and smooth dough.
- Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes by covering it with a white muslin cloth. For Preparing Sugar Syrup for Gulab Jamun
- In any deep bottom vessel, add sugar and water.Switch on the flame and mix it well once.
- If you see that your sugar has impurities, add 1 tbsp of warm milk in it and mix it nicely. Let it cook on medium flame.
- When it comes to 1 boil, all the impurities will come up. Remove it with a spoon.
- Now add few Strands of Saffron,1 tsp Cardamom Powder, and 1 tbsp of Edible Rosewater in it.
- Let it boil for 2-3 minutes and check whether it is sticky or not. Frying the Jamuns
- Take ghee in a kadhai and let it get hot on one side and let us make balls for making Jamuns.

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into a round shape.

Fry it on low flame and check if the temperature of ghee is less.If not, we need to switch off the flame and wait till the temperature of ghee has reduced.

Roll it once again in your hand before adding them in the wok or kadhai with ghee in it to fry it.

Keep the flame to lowest, and add the number of balls that fit in your kadhai at once. Move it in between by a spoon lest they burn.
- Cook them for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
- Now fry rest as per step 16-18. For the Main Dish
- Add them into sugar syrup immediately after you fry them.
- Let it remain in sugar syrup at least for 2 hours. Serving Of The Dish

Serve Fresh Hot Gulab-Jamun in a bowl.
- We can also serve fresh Hot Gulab Jamun with Chilled Ice-Cream.
Notes
- You can also store it in a refrigerator and use it as and when required.
- You can serve it cold or warm it before serving as per your preference.
